| One of the highlights of my trip to Europe in April and May, 2016, was a day trip from Barcelona to Monserrat.
The Benedictine Monastery of Santa Maria de Monserrat is perched on a ledge halfway up the mountain. As you walk along the paths high up in the mountain, you catch glimpses of the Monastery far below. |
